As with any business, and no different at the best of the used car dealerships, Surrey, Discount Motor City, sometimes it does not hurt to “toot your own horn.” We not only say “serving our customers is a privilege,” we recognise that privilege and do everything in our power to provide the best in class service.

Our latest review was simple and straight to the point. It just said, “Great People.” And that is what we do our best to be every day in our work and personal lives. Thank you to the person who recognised our efforts with such a kind review.
Our second-to-last review is from a nice lady who purchased a Honda from us. She explained: “In early March I bought a 2011 Honda Civic from Discount Motor City. Rick was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the car. It had been sitting for a while and needed a new battery and detailing and all was done when I picked up the car. There was an issue with the A/C that I discovered on the first warm spring day and that was repaired as well. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Rick, Carlo, and Wayne.”
Not much else can top that.
The third-to-last review expresses how we know people want to be treated – with honesty, with respect and caring about their needs. We do not push or pressure; our goal is to politely help our customers find the vehicle they want.
